Contract Therapist Position

Milestones Counseling is seeking part-time and full-time independently licensed therapists to provide counseling services for a diverse client population on a contract basis. 

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess one of the following licenses: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or doctor’s level 

   licensure 

• Valid Texas license and ability to practice independently in the state of Texas 

• Professional liability insurance  

Preferences: 

• Individually contracted with one or more insurance panels (or prepared to 

   begin the enrollment process) 

• Previous clinical experience

• Administrative support to handle scheduling, billing, payment collection and 

   general administrative tasks such as appointment reminders for your clients 

• Use of our HIPPA compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) software

• Ongoing Referrals 

• Enrollment on the major insurance panels (if not already individually 

   contracted/in-network)

• Primary Marketing such as website; SEO, social media; flyers; etc.  (we also   

  encourage each therapist to individually market his or her services as well)

• Collaboration with and support from our therapy team; bi-monthly clinical 

   consultation
